A 2025 Season of Renewal for the Orchestre de la francophonie

This summer, the Orchestre de la francophonie (OF) invites audiences to experience a unique musical journey: a four-concert artistic direction competition that will lead to the appointment of the orchestra’s next artistic leader.

Three finalist conductors — Emmanuelle Lambert-Lemoine, Léa Moisan-Perrier, and Julien Proulx — will take turns at the helm of the orchestra, made up of talented young musicians trained at some of the world’s top institutions.

The season will reach its peak on August 3 at Maison symphonique with a major final concert, where the new artistic director will be revealed. The public will also play a key role through a participatory vote held throughout the process.
