From February 28 to April 19, weekends at Marché Artisans inside the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth take on a distinctly maple twist. Sugar shack season comes downtown with a brunch buffet inspired by Québec’s most beloved traditions.
Offered for a limited time, this brunch brings together comforting classics and seasonal creations, all celebrating maple in its many forms. It’s giving authentic cabane à sucre vibes – without leaving the heart of the city.
Classic flavours, buffet style
On the savoury side, expect traditional pea soup, braised ham, maple-smoked bacon and sausages simmered in syrup. For something sweet, indulge in maple brioche, pouding chômeur, sugar pie, maple butter crêpes and even maple taffy on snow.
The brunch is offered at $41. No reservations required. First come, first served.
