The UCI Road World Championships Are Coming to Montréal
From September 19 to 27, Montréal welcomes the 2026 UCI Road World Championships, the biggest international sporting event to take place in the city since the 1976 Olympic Games. More than 1,000 elite athletes from 80 countries will compete in 13 races through the streets of Montréal, with spectators invited to watch all the action for free along the routes.
Catch the Races from Cabot Square
On September 26 and 27, Cabot Square will get in on the action with a special Montréal centre-ville activation organized in collaboration with the borough. Bleachers will be set up so spectators can grab a spot and watch the cyclists race by, right in the heart of the action.
