Street dance takes over the Quartier des spectacles

From September 1 to 7, the JOAT International Street Dance Festival returns to the Quartier des spectacles for its 11th edition. Known as the largest street dance festival of its kind in the Americas, JOAT brings together local and international talent for a full week of battles, performances, workshops, concerts and activities for all ages.

A full week of battles, music and street culture

More than 250 dancers will go head-to-head in breaking, hip-hop, popping and JOAT Kidz battles. Free qualifiers and activities will take over the Esplanade de la Place des Arts, alongside intro workshops, hip-hop and R&B concerts, DJs, an art market and more. The action continues at Club Soda with major battles, including the JOAT Kidz Battle spotlighting the next generation of street dance talent.
