The best places to workout downtown

Downtown Montreal is home to several inspiring fitness centres! We want you to feel good and great about yourself, so we’ve put together a list of 10 different places where you can work out at your own pace and within your budget.


B.Cycle

This cardio cycling studio offers a wide variety of classes on demand. You’ll even have access to customized shoes and the music selection is very stimulating! Not a fan of spinning? Choose a barre or Pilates class instead. Take note that opening hours vary according to demand.

Boxxing Studio

Boxing is a tough sport, but Boxxing Studio’s workouts are for everyone, no matter the shape you’re in. Above all, they are designed to get results. The first class is free. Otherwise, monthly memberships range from $99 to $179.
