Montreal celebrates Japanese culture for 10 Days<\/h2>\n

From May 1 to 10, 2026, Japan Week transforms Montr\u00e9al into a true celebration of Japanese culture<\/strong>. Organized by ASIASIE<\/a>, the event invites visitors to explore a curated route through participating restaurants, boutiques, and cultural venues.<\/p>\n

Unlike a centralized festival, the experience unfolds directly inside local businesses, creating an immersive journey across the city without leaving downtown.<\/p>\n

12 participants to discover downtown<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In downtown Montr\u00e9al, 12 participating locations are taking part in the event, offering a variety of experiences. On the culinary side<\/strong>, several restaurants are featuring special offers<\/strong> for the occasion, including Ramen Isshin<\/a> and Sansotei Ramen<\/a> with discounts on their ramen, as well as Tsukuyomi Ramen Bishop<\/a> with a special menu offer.<\/p>\n

For something sweet, Tsujiri<\/a> highlights seasonal creations such as a sakura latte<\/strong> and matcha desserts<\/strong>, while Matcha Zanmai<\/a> offers Japanese sweets<\/strong> and ceremonial matcha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event goes beyond food. Places like Galerie D\u2019Okeya<\/a> offer a cultural immersion with workshops around tea or kimono<\/strong>, while Librairie Argo Bookshop<\/a> features a selection of Japanese literature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
