Montreal centre-ville’s member companies invite you to Square Victoria for a lively lunchtime this summer. Throughout the summer season, enjoy free concerts<\/strong> in the splendid Square Victoria. On August 21, Alex M\u00e9tivier<\/a> will entertain the square!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alex M\u00e9tivier’s passion for song and its subtleties leads him to wear many hats: singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer. A graduate of Coll\u00e8ge Lionel-Groulx in popular song at the \u00c9cole nationale de la chanson, he has worked with the likes of Louis-Jean Cormier, Maude Audet, Marco Ema and \u00c9mile Bourgault. He first made a name for himself in 2018 when he took part in the TV show La Voix under the name Alex M\u00e9t\u00e9ore. The following year, he was selected as one of the “iHeart Radio” favorites with his song \u00c9l\u00e9onore, which propelled him into the Quebec radio charts. His second EP, Dans ta lumi\u00e8re, was released in spring 2022, featuring a collaboration with Salom\u00e9 Leclerc. He is currently working on his debut album, scheduled for release in fall 2024.<\/p>\n
