1. Organizer.<\/strong>
\nThe organizer of the \u201cD\u00e9fil\u00e9 du p\u00e8re No\u00ebl 2025 Contest\u201d (the \u201cContest\u201d) is the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement commercial Montr\u00e9al centre-ville, also known as Montr\u00e9al centre-ville (hereinafter, the \u201cOrganizer\u201d), a non-profit corporation with its head office located at 1176 Sherbrooke Street West, Montr\u00e9al (Qu\u00e9bec), H3A 1H6.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility.<\/strong>
\nThe Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. The Organizer, its agents, representatives, subcontractors, employees, as well as anyone residing at the same address, are not eligible to participate. Advertising or promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the development or management of the Contest, are also excluded.
\nThe Organizer may, at any time, require proof of identity or eligibility from any participant (the \u201cParticipant\u201d). Failure to provide such proof within five (5) days of the request may result in disqualification.<\/p>\n

3. Contest Period.<\/strong>
\nThe Contest begins on October 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on November 13, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the \u201cContest Period\u201d). Any entry received after this deadline will be considered invalid.<\/p>\n

4. Acceptance of Rules.<\/strong>
\nParticipation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification. The Organizer\u2019s decisions are final and binding.<\/p>\n

5. How to Enter.<\/strong>
\nDuring the Contest Period, five (5) videos will be published on Montr\u00e9al centre-ville\u2019s Facebook and Instagram pages. To participate, the Participant must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Follow Montr\u00e9al centre-ville on Facebook or Instagram;<\/li>\n
  • Comment on and share at least one (1) of the Contest videos on the platform where they are participating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Each video that is commented on and shared grants one (1) entry in the draw. Participants can therefore obtain up to five (5) entries, one per video.
    \nIncomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will be void.<\/p>\n

    6. Limits.<\/strong>
    \nOnly one account per person is allowed. The use of multiple accounts, bots, or any automated methods will result in disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any non-compliant or inappropriate entries.<\/p>\n

    7. Prizes.<\/strong>
    \nTwo (2) identical prizes will be awarded in the Contest, each consisting of:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Four (4) VIP seats in the grandstands to attend the D\u00e9fil\u00e9 du p\u00e8re No\u00ebl de Montr\u00e9al;<\/li>\n
    • One (1) $250 gift card redeemable at Complexe Desjardins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.<\/p>\n

      8. Draw and Awarding of Prizes.<\/strong>
      \nA random draw among all eligible entries will be held on November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) at the offices of Montr\u00e9al centre-ville.
      \nOdds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.
      \nWinners will be contacted by private message on Facebook or Instagram. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the message being sent, another Participant may be selected at the Organizer\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n

      9. Refusal of Prize.<\/strong>
      \nThe prize must be accepted as described. No transfer, substitution, or cash exchange is permitted. Refusal of a prize releases the Organizer from any obligation toward the selected Participant.<\/p>\n

      10. General Conditions.<\/strong>
      \nThe Contest is subject to all applicable laws of Qu\u00e9bec and Canada. The Organizer reserves the right, with the required authorizations, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other circumstance beyond its control affecting the proper conduct of the Contest.<\/p>\n

      11. Liability.<\/strong>
      \nBy participating, each Participant releases the Organizer, its representatives, employees, and partners from any liability related to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Late, lost, or invalid entries;<\/li>\n
      • Technical or human errors;<\/li>\n
      • Any situation beyond the Organizer\u2019s control that may affect participation or the awarding of prizes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        12. Publicity.<\/strong>
        \nBy participating, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use their name, city of residence, and, where applicable, their image or voice for promotional purposes without further compensation.<\/p>\n

        13. Personal Information.<\/strong>
        \nInformation provided will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and the awarding of prizes. No data will be shared with third parties without the Participant\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n

        14. Disputes.<\/strong>
        \nAny dispute regarding this Contest shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montr\u00e9al, province of Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

        15. Access to Rules.<\/strong>
        \nThese Rules are available on Montr\u00e9al centre-ville\u2019s website at: https:\/\/montrealcentreville.ca\/en\/en-reglement-concours-defile-du-pere-noel-2025\/<\/p>\n

        16. Language.<\/strong>
